Energise Personal Training

Boot Camp

  Energise Boot Camp sessions are fun, high intensity group style training sessions designed to       challenge you physically and mentally.

  Training that will take your results to the next level.
(2 session a week, Tuesday & Thursday morning @ 5.30 am)


The physical benefits from Energise 'Boot Camp' include increased fitness (cardio) levels, reduced body fat and increased muscle tone. The results gained however are not only physical as many individuals have said that they sleep better, have more energy and in some cases feel more confidence and motivation in all other areas of their lives. Many people use the sessions as a kick start to achieving a healthier, happier life style.

What makes Energise PT Boot Camp different to other fitness workouts

  • It is run completely outdoors (However don't fear I do have studio based sessions for those really wet mornings).

  • It is safe and achievable program design.

  • A focus on quality instruction and execution of all exercises.

  • I will challenge and motivate you, physically, mentally and emotionally.

  • I don't 'yell and scream' at you, therefore I provided a motivating not fearful experience.

  • You will see and feel the difference (even) in the first two weeks.

     

     During your fitness experience you will cover -

  • Cardio components consisting of - High Intensity Interval training, Out and Back missions, Stairs Climbs, Sand and Hill Training.

  • Strength training components, are programmed around the Primal movement patterns, these are Squat, Lunge, Bend, Push, Pull and Twist. All movements are based around functional compound movements that will provide you with the functional strength to use in our everyday lives.

  • You will complete a Basic Fitness Test - to gauge 'where you are at' before and at the end of your fitness sessions, this also allows me to break the group down if needed according to your fitness levels and needs.

Fitness sessions are held in the Port Douglas / Mossman area. New sessions are scheduled depending on demand.

Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday Morning 5.30 AM.
