Pairs

Training for two!

Partners or friends are some of the many people who can benefit from pairs training. If you are the type of person who likes to inspire others and get fit whilst having fun together this type of training is for you. As everyone has different needs, your trainer can cater for your own specific situation, whatever it may be, so that you are able to reach your desired health and fitness goals.

Where do we train?

In a private air-conditioned studio, so you don't have to worry about someone looking over from another machine, it's just the two of you and your trainer. If you prefer your trainer can come to you, he can meet you at the beach for a run, the local pool to help you swim some laps the choice is yours. So wherever you live, get touch and we can see what we can do for you.

How long is a pairs training session?

The sessions are one hour in duration.

We don’t have any exercise equipment?

Your trainer will bring along any equipment that is needed for the training such as, a Swiss ball, gym mats, boxing gloves, weights, and medicine balls.

What sort of exercise can we expect to do?

That entirely depends upon your health condition, exercise history, age and goals – the structure of your programme really can't be determined until your first consultation with your trainer.

What should we bring to the training session?

Wear clothing and footwear which is both comfortable and suitable for exercising. Your  trainer will take care of everything else.

BURN FAT FASTER.

Heath experts suggest a great way to  burn fat off faster is a short burst of exercise first thing in the morning, before you eat. As your body's hungry and depleted of food and kilojoules, it has to draw it's energy from fat stores. It's as simple as a brisk 15 minute walk to  kick start your day.

The hardest part is getting started, stop thinking about it, and do it.
