Simon Dobbs


I am a dynamic motivator who is passionate about helping individuals feel fantastic about themselves for who they are all of the time.

My belief is that you only have one life;

so be healthy, be wealthy, be happy and be yourself.

I have been in the "be healthy" Industry my whole life first as a Diving Instructor and now as a Personal Trainer.


I have enjoyed inspiring all individuals from a one on one level through to small groups helping them achieve a balance with personal fitness, healthy eating habits, self development and time management.

I have worked in fitness centres, run mobile personal training session and now operate out of my own personal studio.

One of the key factors in achieving results is setting goals. I also believe that variety is definitely the spice of life and will use a combination of boxing, resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, circuit training and specialise in weight training to help you achieve your goals.  

Qualifications Include:

  • Certificate III in Fitness (SRF30206) 

  • Certificate IV in Fitness (SRF40206).

  • THUMP Advanced Boxing Instructor

  • PADI Master Scuba Instructor

  • St Johns Senior First Aid & CPR

  • Registered with Fitness Australia, Level 2
